Alba Healing Arts is a yoga studio located in down town Vernon, BC. Our classes honor the ancient wisdom of yoga while also bringing a fresh twist of joy to every class. Our studio is here for you to live colorfully in the moment while you are connecting to your own rhythem, breathing in a yoga pose or melting on your mat in savasana. Class selections include Yin, Chair, Beginner, Heartful Hatha, Noon Flows and Moderate.

Therapeutic Room Available
Alba Healing Arts has a large room available for rental for like minded individuals passionate about supporting individuals on their path to whole health. The rental room is just off the main studio & comes equiped with a small desk, shelves for supplies or linens and optional internet connection. Access is wheel chair friendly and parking is abundant. For privacy considerations, windows are tinted and the tea station keeps everyone happily hydrated! Soft lighting options have been considered with two low brightness lights ready for you to create a warm atmosphere for clients. Presently a massage table occupies the room and can be included in the rental agreement if requested.
